Working with hospitality brands including Randalls and City Pub Group, I developed campaign assets designed to increase engagement, promote venues and support customer acquisition. Projects ranged from seasonal campaigns and social content to website graphics, venue communications, menus and animated promotional materials.
Each brand had a different challenge to solve. Nomu, an Asian fusion bar and kitchen in Jersey run by Randalls, needed a menu that felt more modern while staying true to their existing brand. Randalls also wanted a summer campaign with Aperol that felt premium and collectible rather than disposable, while still using Aperol's own colours, and their beach club menus needed a cleaner, more contemporary redesign. City Pub Group needed a gin partnership campaign that could work consistently across all of their sites nationwide.
For Nomu, I modernised the menu design within their existing branding, giving it a fresh, contemporary feel. For the Aperol summer campaign with Randalls, I created a vintage, art deco style menu and poster design using Aperol's colour palette, aimed at being something customers would want to keep rather than throw away. I also redesigned Randalls' beach club breakfast and lunch menus for a cleaner, more modern look. For City Pub Group, where I worked as in-house designer, I created the "Let Spring Begin" campaign in partnership with Quarter, combining their branding with fresh imagery, rolled out across all of City Pub Group's sites across the UK.
These projects all come down to the same thing: delivering consistent, high quality creative across multiple brands, channels and customer touchpoints, often to tight deadlines and shifting campaign requirements.
